Every crystal singing bowl at Soul Bowls & Healing is individually sourced and handcrafted to order. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and custom made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind. Orders enter fulfillment immediately upon confirmation and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged items If your crystal singing bowl arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@soulbowlsandhealing.com with clear photos of both the damaged product and the original packaging. Claims reported outside this 48-hour window cannot be accommodated. Eligible damage claims will be resolved with a replacement or exchange.
