At Soul Bowls & Healing, every bowl is custom made to order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you know what to expect.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Once your order is placed, the creation process begins immediately. Please allow up to 30 days from the date of your order to receive your bowl — this window covers both production and shipping.

Packaging

Every bowl is carefully packed in a protective case to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Delivery

We ship internationally. Please note that we deliver to home addresses only — we are unable to ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, or commercial addresses.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are not the responsibility of Soul Bowls & Healing.

Shipping Timelines

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier scheduling, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your bowl arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to report it. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
