Order Processing All Soul Bowls crystal singing bowls are custom made to order and handcrafted with care. Please allow 12–15 business days (Monday–Friday) for your crystal singing bowl to be crafted and prepared for shipment. Once produced and dispatched, please allow an additional 15–20 business days (Monday–Friday) for delivery.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If any unexpected delay occurs, we'll notify you by email.

Customs & Duties Depending on your country, international orders for crystal singing bowls may be subject to customs charges and import duties upon delivery. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

Order Tracking Once your crystal singing bowl ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Orders All crystal singing bowl orders are fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
