By accessing our website (the "Site") or purchasing a crystal singing bowl or any other product from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  • You will not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without written permission

Soul Bowls & Healing specializes in handcrafted crystal singing bowls made from 99.9% pure quartz crystal, alongside complementary wellness products. We strive to ensure all product descriptions, frequencies, and images are accurate. However:

  • Crystal singing bowl tones and frequencies are inherent to handcrafted goods and may carry natural variation
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue products at any time

3. Orders & payments

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details — incorrect information may result in order cancellation

4. Shipping & delivery

All crystal singing bowls are custom made to order. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full processing and delivery timeframes.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation

5. Returns & refund policy

All Soul Bowls crystal singing bowls are custom made to order. As such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference changes after purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

This no-refund policy applies to:

  • All crystal singing bowls (custom handcrafted to order)
  • All wellness and complementary products
  • Change of mind or preference after purchase
  • Delays in shipping or delivery that are outside our control

Exception: damaged items only If your crystal singing bowl arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@soulbowlsandhealing.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your message must include clear photographs of both the damaged product and the original packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photographic evidence will not be eligible for resolution. All orders are fully insured and we will work with you to resolve verified damage claims.
