How do I play my Soul Bowl?

Every Soul Bowl comes with a mallet and O-ring included — everything you need to get started.

Place your bowl on the O-ring on a flat, stable surface. Lightly tap the outer rim with the mallet to produce an initial tone. Then hold the mallet like a pencil and guide it slowly around the outer rim with steady, even pressure at about a 30-degree angle. The bowl will begin to sing. Keep the pressure consistent and let the sound build naturally.

Do I need experience to use a crystal singing bowl?

Soul Bowls are designed for everyone, whether you have an established sound healing practice or you’ve never played a bowl before.

The sound does the work. You just need to play it.

What is the difference between 432Hz and 528Hz?

432Hz is known as the earth frequency — grounding, calming, and deeply restorative. 528Hz is known as the love frequency, associated with healing, transformation, and heart opening.

Neither is better than the other. It comes down to personal preference and what resonates with your practice.

All Soul Bowls are available in either frequency. 432Hz is the default. If you prefer 528Hz, simply select it from the frequency dropdown before adding to cart.
